Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior property leader to drive our business at 80 Collins St in Melbourne. The successful candidate will have a strong depth of experience in managing commercial office and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elevate property investment strategies to meet our goals
  • Provide a framework to optimize customer experience and returns on investment
  • Lead, coach & mentor a team to drive a customer-centric approach and culture of achievement, accountability, agility and high engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain and develop key relationships

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in property management, ideally across commercial office and retail spaces
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling competing priorities and providing high-level customer service
  • Skills in stakeholder management, leasing and capex management
  • Prior experience working in a similar role on a premium office asset is preferred
