We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demi Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your assigned section.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen space at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with rotation and inventory control.
- Support and guide junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service setting.
