The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Beauty Studio Artist to join our team at Sephora Melbourne Central. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients. Your passion for makeup and beauty will shine through as you inspire and educate customers on the latest trends and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized makeup consultations and demonstrations to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty products and trends, and share your knowledge with customers
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in cross-training and attend in-store beauty expert training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects Sephora's values and mission

Requirements

  • Previous sales and artistry experience, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Strong knowledge of makeup and beauty products, including current trends and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Passion for beauty and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the industry
