Corporate Catering Assistant

The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional customer service in our internal cafe and assist in the smooth operation of catering services across the organization.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, with occasional evening function support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service in the cafe and client areas
- Prepare and serve hot beverages with strong barista skills
- Support the catering team during peak periods and events
- Open and close client floor areas as required
- Assist with menu planning and basic administration tasks
- Maintain stock levels for the cafe and kitchenettes
- Clean and restock staff kitchenettes
- Assist with kitchen duties including dishwashing
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of two years' experience in a hospitality environment; corporate experience highly regarded
- Strong coffee-making and hot beverage skills are essential
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised and able to work independently
- Flexible and team-oriented with a can-do attitude
