Casual FIFO site administrators play a vital role in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and assisting residents and visitors with site access and room keys
  • Managing the front reception desk and retail kiosk as required
  • Coordinating flights and accommodation for employees, contractors, and labour hire
  • Data entry and compiling reports for various stakeholders
  • Logging and assisting with maintenance requests
  • Preparing daily housekeeping runs

Requirements:

  • Previous site administration experience on a camp or mine site is highly valued
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Excel, is essential
  • Familiarity with INX or a similar accommodation management system is advantageous
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills are crucial
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
  • Residency in WA and ability to fly out from Perth Airport are prerequisites
  • Able to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screening
  • Obtain a national police clearance
  • A strong work ethic is expected
