Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting and maintaining a robust safety culture consistently.
- Overseeing the production of concrete through various systems and methodologies.
- Coordinating and delegating loads to drivers efficiently.
- Managing inventory and organizing delivery schedules.
- Supervising contractors engaged in site maintenance activities.
- Ensuring yard upkeep and operating front-end loaders.
- Handling forklift operations and manually managing bagged products.
Candidate Profile:
- A collaborative team player with self-motivation and the capability to work independently.
- A commitment to going above and beyond, fostering a strong team-oriented culture.
- A passion for safety, coupled with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Physical capability to execute all tasks associated with the role.
- A valid driver's license and personal transportation are essential; front-end loader and/or forklift certification is advantageous.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing.
