Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant

Our team is seeking a skilled and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic environment. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting the efficient operation of our chiropractic function.

  • Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming client flow, responding to phone queries and scheduling appointments in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks efficiently, including logging notes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process various payment methods, including EFTPOS, cash payments, and Medicare TCA rebates.
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team, supporting the office vision and environment.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping systems.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems, including EFTPOS and Medicare TCA rebates.
