Job Overview

Squadron Energy Group is seeking a strategic and innovative talent leader to join our team. As the Head of Talent and Performance, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and driving our talent acquisition, talent management, and performance strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and lead the overall talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with current and future organisational needs.
  • Succession Planning: Establish a succession planning process, identifying critical roles and ensuring readiness plans are in place for key positions.
  • Internal Stakeholder Relationships: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent strategies with business objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in talent management, performance management, or related HR roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing teams and driving talent initiatives across diverse and distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, able to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive talent and performance strategies.
