As a Clinical Research Associate, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in clinical research. You'll ensure that study sites are compliant and thriving, contributing to advancements in healthcare.

You'll have access to top-notch training and mentoring, allowing you to apply your skills in various therapeutic areas. This role is ideal for those with at least 18 months of independent on-site monitoring experience.

Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant technology. Key responsibilities include:

  • Site Engagement: Guarantee the success of our studies through pivotal site visits.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Implement innovative plans to recruit study subjects and make a tangible impact on project outcomes.
  • Site Empowerment: Provide essential training and maintain robust communication channels to keep sites aligned and motivated.
  • Quality and Integrity: Evaluate and enhance site practices, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations.
  • Study Progress: Monitor every aspect of the study, from regulatory submissions to data query resolutions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Document Management: Keep meticulous records and ensure all site documents are perfectly maintained.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work closely with a passionate team to support project execution and drive success.
