We provide employment services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions who require additional support. Our mission is to empower our clients by building their skills and job-readiness, supporting them through interviews, and placing them into sustainable employment.
Our approach involves identifying our clients' goals and aspirations, developing their skills, and working with local employers to source job opportunities. We also ensure that our clients receive exceptional service throughout the process.
A Day in the Life:- We encourage and motivate clients to find their own employment;
- We build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
- We place clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
- We maintain accurate records of client activities and adhere to compliance requirements;
- We provide outstanding service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders.
- Experience in customer-facing roles or a similar environment;
- Demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges;
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder liaison;
- Capacity to work towards key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve sustainable employment outcomes;
- A strong desire to contribute to our organization's purpose: connecting people and businesses for mutual success;
- A valid driver's license is required.
No prior employment services experience is necessary.
