You bring over a decade of investment leadership experience, a passion for transformation, and a strong market presence. You're known for your deep expertise in investment governance and research, and your ability to inspire teams and elevate performance.
Requirements:- Proven track record in investment management, research, and governance, with deep expertise in managed accounts and investment product structures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, revitalise established teams, and translate strategic insights into action.
- Strong understanding of investment governance and regulatory compliance within platform or superannuation environments.
- Strategic leadership with a history of elevating organisational reputation through thought leadership and market engagement.
- Advanced skills in portfolio risk analysis, macroeconomic scenario planning, and maintaining investor confidence during market shifts.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including experience representing organisations in external forums and media.
