We are seeking highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our swimming team at Wollondilly Community Leisure Centre.

The successful applicants will deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities, demonstrating effective communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Deliver engaging and informative swimming lessons to students of various ages and skill levels.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in instruction.
  • Collaborate as part of a cohesive team to achieve common objectives.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • AUSTSWIM Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check.
