About the Role

As an Associate, Adviser Support, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Attending and actively participating in client meetings to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisers.
  2. Coordinating and arranging documentation for client meetings.
  3. Managing workflow to meet client needs and ensuring operational processes are understood.
  4. Monitoring client accounts and team dashboards, and maintaining accurate client records.
  5. Serving as the key liaison between Financial Advisers and administrative teams for escalations and investigations.
  6. Providing ad-hoc investment advice via Records of Advice, where authorized.
About You

We're seeking an individual with:

  • Tertiary qualifications.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in paraplanning or related financial services experience.
  • Experience with Xplan, a plus.
  • Proven client-facing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
