We're seeking a skilled Freight Handler with a Forklift Licence to join our diverse and hard-working team at Australia Post. As a key member of our delivery operations, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their packages efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload and load freight from conveyor belts into trucks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Operate a forklift to move freight around the warehouse, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
  • Wrap freight by hand or using a shrink wrapper, and electronically scan parcels and update documentation
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our delivery goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

About You

  • You're a fit and able individual, able to lift at least 30kg repeatedly, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • You're a team player, passionate about delivering excellent service and contributing to our team's success
  • You're an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident, with a forklift licence a definite advantage
