Residential Care Facility Leader

**Job Description:**
The role is responsible for the overall leadership and oversight of care and service delivery to residents in a residential care facility.
This position spans all aspects of managing a sizeable and multi-resident home, including operational, lifestyle, food services, and governance elements to ensure the facility provides residents with high-quality care in a safe and welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve care outcomes and resident satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure effective delivery of care and services.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and standards.
