Job Title: Senior Network Architect

Job Summary:

Superloop is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Architect to join our team. As a key member of our network engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement network infrastructure to ensure maximum performance and availability.
  • Proactively monitor network performance and troubleshoot faults.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Adhere to all network security standards.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Telecommunications or related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a networking related role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 networks.
  • Strong understanding of ethernet switching technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), MPLS L2/L3 VPN.
  • Strong understanding of IP routing and forwarding.
  • Ability to work without supervision and in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service ethic.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNP/CCIE or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of EVPN-VPWS, EVPN-ELAN, VXLAN BGP-EVPN.
  • Experience of managing Cisco NCS 5000, 5500, 8200 and ASR9000 platforms.
  • Experience of using Grafana, Observium.
