Role Overview

As a Customer Experience Agent at SIXT Australia, you will be crucial in facilitating mobility for our customers through the provision of top-tier service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering an outstanding and premium customer experience, consistently surpassing expectations.
  • Efficiently managing the opening and closing of rental agreements.
  • Addressing customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Coordinating vehicle pick-up and delivery as necessary.
  • Performing general administrative duties.
  • Maintaining vehicles to a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Ensuring adherence to SIXT's quality control measures, including the presentation of counters, documentation, and fleet.
  • Promoting additional rental products at the counter.
  • Engaging in various administrative and operational tasks to uphold the branch's high presentation standards.

What We Seek:

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills, a positive demeanor, and a talent for sales.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in administration and presentation.
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to monitor and organize the fleet on a daily basis.
  • Proficient computer skills for daily operations.
  • A valid, unrestricted full driving license.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Capability to multitask during busy periods and work independently.
  • A flexible approach is essential, as our operations run seven days a week, requiring some weekend shifts.
  • Commitment to adhering to health and safety policies and promoting a safe working environment.
