Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead our data engineering initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and maintainable systems that drive real outcomes.

You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with business and product teams to ensure successful execution of data initiatives.

Achieving this role requires strong technical expertise in solution design, architecture, and coding, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree focused on Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data profiling, source-to-target mapping, ETL development, SQL optimisation, testing, and implementation.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and processing using cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficient with modern data platforms and tools including Snowflake, Databricks and Apache Storm.
  • Strong experience working with relational databases (SQL) as well as NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.
