About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team as a Gymnastics Program Coordinator in Caroline Springs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging gymnastics programs for children of various ages and skill levels
  • Collaborate with the coaching team to create lesson plans and adapt programs as needed
  • Ensure a safe and positive learning environment for participants
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress and program evaluation
Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in fitness instruction or coaching (e.g. Gymnastics Australia Coaching accreditation)
  • Experience working with children aged 1+ years (preferably in a gymnastics setting)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
