System Improvement Project Manager

The City is undergoing a period of unprecedented transformation as it becomes Sydney's Central City. This has created a once-in-a-generation opportunity for Council, partners and community to shape the City's future.

About the Role:

  • This System Improvement Project Manager will work closely with Customer Service Centre leadership team and Area Managers across Council to develop and implement technological system solutions that enhance customers' experience.
  • The role involves developing and delivering training programs for Customer Service Centre staff.

About You:

  • You have experience in managing/delivering large IT projects and delivering training to small to medium size groups.
  • You possess strong communication and education skills, with the ability to communicate an information system effectively to all levels within an organisation.
  • You have experience in initiating and implementing change.

  • An attractive base salary of $101,451.75 plus superannuation.
