We are on the hunt for experienced caregivers who are skilled in supporting individuals with complex behaviors, and who understand the importance of providing high-quality, trauma-informed care.

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced disability support worker to join our team in Spring Farm to work within our In-Home Care program. The successful candidate will be required to work at least three days a week.

As a support worker in our team, you will provide daily living skills support to our clients, assist with social and recreational activities, implement practices that promote a healthier lifestyle, and empower participants to help them achieve their goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Support clients to maintain their space and personal care
- Support clients to develop their everyday living skills so that they can function effectively in everyday society.
- Use crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies to manage complex behaviors and redirect behaviors of concern
- Support the client to implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
- Support the client to develop emotional regulation skills
