We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead the development and implementation of AI solutions that drive scalable and measurable outcomes in production, cost, and safety.

  • Spearhead a team of AI Engineers spread across regions and timezones
  • Oversee the strategy and implementation of GenAI agents and solutions using agentic orchestration frameworks
  • Support the strategy, design, and implementation of knowledge graphs and RAG models to enhance the capabilities of our GenAI agents
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and architectural guidelines for AI systems
  • Remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, GenAI, and natural language processing through engagements with partners and peers
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Identify, engage, and manage a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate business processes and requirements to identify appropriate technology solutions
  • Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance to maximise operational and financial outcomes and mitigate risk
