Oral Health Therapist Role Overview
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Oral Health Therapist to join our team. As an Oral Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality oral health care to eligible clients, promoting oral health at an individual and community level, and working within individual scope of services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Oral Health Therapy services to clients in line with professional standards and guidelines.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet client needs and promote optimal oral health outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and treatment outcomes.
- Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Radiation Use Licence issued under the Radiation Safety Act 1999, with an appropriate authority.
- Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- An hourly rate between $43.68 - $58.59 p.h.
