Job Summary

This position is a key opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality mental health services in a multidisciplinary team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight of the service, with a focus on optimizing outcomes for attendees and their families.

The role requires effective supervision and support of peer workers, as well as ongoing leadership and change management to support service development and compliance with operational models.

Key responsibilities include actively contributing to the culture and leadership of the Integration Hub, providing ongoing support and education to peer workers, and supporting consumers and families as experts in their own care.

  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse
