Join Our Team as a Child Care Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Educator to join our team at CatholicCare Diocese of Broken Bay. As a Child Care Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3-5 years.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position available for Diploma and Certificate III qualified educators. You will work alongside our experienced team to plan and implement engaging educational programs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our children to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Work collaboratively with the Director and team to ensure a cohesive and effective educational approach
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children
Requirements
  • Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Current and valid Working with Children Check clearance
  • Current First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012)
  • Willingness to be a Responsible Person in Charge
