We're seeking an accomplished E-Commerce Strategist to lead our Digital Experience initiatives at Pillow Talk. Key responsibilities include driving strategy and execution of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), website personalization, and digital customer experience enhancements.

A successful candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce optimization, CRO, or onsite personalization, with a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer behavior analytics, and website optimization strategies. Proficiency in A/B testing tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Sitespect, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Hotjar, is also required.

We're looking for a dynamic individual with strong analytical skills, able to leverage data and insights to drive e-commerce decisions and optimize the digital customer journey. Experience with setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer retention is crucial.
