Our Human Resources teams provide internal client service and support for workplace relations, workforce reporting, recruitment, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, work health and safety, and staff performance.

Job Description

We are seeking two enthusiastic HR professionals with experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS), injury, rehabilitation, and early intervention case management. It is also preferable, but not required, to have experience in implementing HR Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. You will ideally have a good level of experience in providing HR advice to managers and employees, the ability to work independently with limited guidance, and enjoy working in a team environment.

Duties of the Role
  1. Provide HR advice to managers and employees on WHS and injury management
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to WHS and diversity and inclusion
  3. Conduct investigations into workplace incidents and injuries
  4. Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement organisational strategies and initiatives
