The Job Coach Role

We have a great opportunity for a career-driven individual to join our Job Coach team. This role offers significant scope for growth and development within the team.

As a Job Coach, you will play a key role in guiding clients towards job readiness and securing employment opportunities for them once they are ready for work.

You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of professionals from diverse backgrounds who share your passion for making a difference in the diversity and inclusion space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate participants to find their own employment by providing appropriate support and guidance;
  • Develop strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;
  • Market our clients' skills to employers to secure placements;
  • Place participants into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
  • Ensure all activities are properly documented, recorded and meet compliance requirements; and
  • Deliver exceptional service to our clients, employers and stakeholders at every stage of the process.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service or sales;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people who face challenges;
  • Happiness and confidence interacting with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
  • Ability to work towards KPIs and deliver results that drive sustainable employment for our clients/employers;
  • A genuine desire to contribute to our broader family of like-minded professionals who share our purpose: to connect people and businesses so both can thrive; and
  • A valid driver's license.
