We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Allied Health Australia. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with physical or psychological injuries to return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients with physical or psychological injuries, providing case management and support to facilitate return-to-work outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized return-to-work plans to address client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to identify and address barriers to return to work.
- Provide education and training to clients and employers on workplace modifications and accommodations to support successful return to work.
- Document client progress and outcomes, and maintain accurate records of case management activities.
- General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
