Senior Sales Strategist

As a Senior Sales Strategist on our Cardiac Innovations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and improving the lives of patients worldwide. Our team is dedicated to developing innovative solutions for structural heart disease, and we're seeking a skilled sales professional to join us.

Your Role:
As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and increasing market share for assigned territories. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth and increasing market share through effective territory planning and customer engagement.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with senior leaders and customers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in a Medical or Business Management field.
- A good understanding of the industry process and function.
- The ability to convincingly discuss product range with customers and internal experts.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Selling skills that include managing customer relationships, discovering customer needs/requirements, following up on sales leads, demonstrating products, developing solutions, resolving problems, negotiating, and closing deals.
