We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and supporting their learning and development.

This is an exciting chance for someone who is committed to delivering high-quality education and care to children from birth to five years old. You will work closely with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to design and implement engaging and inclusive programs that meet the needs of all children.

  • You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • You will contribute to the overall management of the centre, including maintaining accurate records and reporting to relevant authorities as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
