This role is part of a quality management team, supporting the effective operation of our system within the tax practice.
About the Role
You will play a key role in protecting the organization by complying with legislative and professional obligations, delivering high-quality client service, and driving efficiency through appropriate systems and technology.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the identification and analysis of risks and regulatory obligations for the provision of tax services.
- Assist in the design and implementation of responses to regulatory change.
- Monitor and oversee annual reviews and evaluation of tax services as part of the firm's system of quality management.
- Support change management activities and help drive continuous improvement of risk intelligence within the tax business.
About You
- Bachelor of Laws, Accounting, Commerce, Taxation or equivalent experience in tax, accounting, legal or risk management.
- Curious and eager to learn, with an interest in regulatory compliance, change management, policy development, and governance.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
