Job Title: Strategic Supply Chain Planning Lead

This role involves leading and coordinating strategic supply chain programs, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional results.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute complex supply chain initiatives, incorporating improvements from previous years.
  • Develop volume forecasts and document fulfillment models to inform business decisions.
  • Define roles and responsibilities, develop clear RACI matrices, and plan for effective resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Oversee master timelines, critical paths, and key milestones to ensure program success.
    • Lead regular sessions with stakeholders to ensure activities stay on track and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaboration and Execution:
    • Coordinate actions, document decisions, and facilitate workshops for key decisions to drive project forward.
    • Manage project governance, reporting, and track risks and issues to minimize impact on the business.
  • Engagement and Support:
    • Attend meetings, capturing key information and interdependencies to ensure a smooth handover.
    • Provide support to the operations team during program execution, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
    About You:

Tertiary qualified in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Ideal candidates also hold a project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile.

With 1-3 years of experience in successfully leading and delivering cross-functional projects, you excel in managing multiple stakeholders, including virtual project teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to adapt to changing environments, make you an asset to any team.
