Operations Management:
- Oversee warehouse operations, including stock rotation, picking, and storage, to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Manage petty cash and ensure timely invoice processing to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain plant and equipment standards to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety compliance to protect employees and assets.
SAP and Systems Management:
- Utilize SAP for pricing, product information, and inventory management to ensure data accuracy and inform business decisions.
- Maintain competitive and efficient transportation systems to reduce costs and improve delivery times.
Quality Control:
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems and quarantine procedures to maintain product integrity.
- Monitor for non-conformances and report issues to management to address and resolve promptly.
- Conduct cycle counts and stock-takes to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts.
Team Leadership:
- Organize and supervise warehouse teams to ensure effective communication and task delegation.
- Provide leadership, support, and training as needed to develop team members and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years warehouse/production experience with a focus on logistics and inventory management.
- SAP proficiency and advanced computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent time management, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and inventory management skills.
- Forklift license (preferred) and Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics.
- First Aid certification.
