Head of Industrial Safety Sales Strategy

As a member of our Sales team, you will have the opportunity to work on brand-specific sales and product strategy. You will establish and define product sales strategy in alignment with overall company goals, focusing on end-users and OEM customers while growing share and margin performance.
In this role, you will report directly to the Global Spill and Safety Managing Director, setting the stage for your career to soar. This position offers opportunities for advancement within the organization, allowing you to grow professionally and make meaningful contributions to our organizational goals.
Responsibilities- Manage product strategy through understanding market research and competitive landscape.
- Own brand-specific/business unit product strategy.
- Owning AOP and profit margins.
- Analyze product growth opportunities.
- Analyze product development needs.
- Work with Operations to provide product planning and delivery.
- Create OEM strategy by providing customized solutions to end-user.
- Work with BU Specialist for technical/product support and business development.
- Increased revenue through strategic engagement, relationship development, and sales with end-users.
- Drive sales effectiveness by ensuring adequate product knowledge and selling skills for NAM Meet monthly, quarterly, annual sales objectives by distribution channel, product category, and end-user segments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Improving product knowledge and selling skills among NAM teams.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Maintaining strong relationships with distributors and top brands.
- Driving revenue growth through strategic engagement and relationship development.
About You
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and sales management. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- 5+ years of relevant sales and sales management experience in the safety and industrial channel.
- Excellent computer skills, including Office suite, Salesforce, and Power BI.
- A strong understanding of CRM systems and ability to leverage them effectively.
- Extensive experience in safety supply or similar business-to-business industries.
