Childcare Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Educator to join our team in delivering engaging programs for primary school children.

Your role will involve facilitating fun and educational activities, building strong relationships with children, families, and the community, and collaborating with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate exciting, child-led activities, including STEM, sports, cooking, arts & crafts
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled Educators to ensure a safe, fun, and engaging program

You will work split shifts Monday – Friday across our services' opening hours, including morning and afternoon sessions, and school holidays. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to balance your personal life while making a positive impact on children's lives.

Requirements:
  • Passion for working with children and making a difference
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well in a team and as part of a leadership role
  • Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
  • Must have obtained or be studying towards a relevant Diploma level qualification to work with kids in OSHC
  • Australian work rights
