About Us

We are seeking an exceptional Retail Leader to join our team in taking both our Newtown and Barwon Heads stores to new heights. This is a part-time role that requires dual-site responsibility across both locations.

  • This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a loyal customer base, and building community connections.
  • Key responsibilities will include outfitting, styling, upselling, and on-selling our timeless range by engaging customers with aesthetic features and sustainable benefits.
  • You will also be responsible for sharing the responsibility of driving smooth and efficient store operations, coaching, mentoring, and elevating team members by leading by example.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and leading a team in a retail environment, with proven experience overseeing daily operations in a retail store, ensuring optimum efficiency, productivity, and performance.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and the ELK experience.
  • Maintaining a loyal customer base and building community connections.
  • Outfitting, styling, upselling, and on-selling our timeless range.
  • Sharing the responsibility of driving smooth and efficient store operations.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and elevating team members.
  • Supporting store operations to ensure performance is efficient, productive, and meets expectations.
  • Analysing store and team performance and recommending change for ongoing growth and development.
  • Assisting with roster management.
  • Maintaining store visual presentation in line with guidelines.
