Our Opportunity

As a key leader at G8 Education Limited, you'll be instrumental in driving excellence across our childcare centre operations. Your expertise will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care, education, and engagement.

This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced early childhood professional who wants to make a meaningful impact. You'll be responsible for managing daily centre operations, including staffing, parent communication, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the centre's operations, staff, and budget effectively.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities for children's holistic development.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulations and standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
