Product Marketing Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to help shape the future of how marketing gets done in Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and evolving the product vision, roadmap, and marketing strategy aligned with user needs and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and marketing strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into real features that users love.
  3. Be a voice for the customer.
  4. Lead initiatives to understand pain points, behaviors, and workflows.
  5. Undertake product demonstrations to potential customers.
  6. Onboard new customers, including set-up and customization of the product for their needs.
  7. Regularly check-in with customers to ensure they are getting the best from the product.
  8. Drive the creation and launch of new AI "Skills," workflows, and integrations that help users deliver high-quality content with less effort.
  9. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on product execution - planning, writing user stories, running experiments, and marketing the product.
Requirements:
  • A curious, collaborative, and user-obsessed mindset.
  • Experience in product/marketing management, growth marketing, AI tooling, content strategy, or any combination thereof.
  • A love for tinkering with new tools - especially AI.
  • Strong communication skills - able to turn technical features into clear narratives and help cross-functional teams stay aligned.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
  • Energized by building and learning quickly.
  • A sharp sense of product intuition, and the humility to test that intuition constantly.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience working on B2B SaaS products or creative tooling.
  • High exposure to tools like LLMs (Chat GPT, Claude etc), and media creation tools (Midjourney, Imagen etc).
  • Background in marketing, communications, or design thinking.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or AI safety/ethics.
