Telecommunications Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Telecommunications Project Coordinator to join our Control Systems Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering telecommunication works associated with external customer and asset renewal projects across Aurizon's rail network.
You will work closely with project managers, internal staff, and contractors to plan and execute the construction, testing, and commissioning of telecommunication works for both new and existing installations.
Key Responsibilities- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Methodology Development: Collaborate with construction teams to design and implement methods for project and asset management.
- Risk Analysis and Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to cost, safety, environment, and quality, and incorporate these into project plans.
- Project Monitoring: Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project delivery.
- Resource Management: Organize project resources to meet client needs efficiently.
