About the Role

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for working with individuals with disabilities to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life. This will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing interventions in a variety of settings.

  • As an Occupational Therapist with our organisation, you will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, mentorship, and support from experienced colleagues.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children and adults, in various settings, including homes, schools, and community-based programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Highly developed problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
