Main Responsibilities

Your duties as a Facilities Manager will include:

  • Leading a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Liaising with contractors to manage external work and maintain high-quality outcomes
  • Implementing effective strategies to reduce waste and improve resource utilization

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. You should have hands-on experience in property maintenance, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.

About You

The wellbeing of our residents is paramount, and we need someone who shares this commitment. As a Facilities Manager, you'll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be flexible when it comes to working hours, and have a full UK driving license.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one trade skill, preferably with a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent), with IT literacy a must
