The Content and Community Manager will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, building and maintaining strong relationships with our community, and tracking and analysing social media performance metrics.

- Oversee the curation and scheduling of engaging and on-brand content.
- Community Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our community fostering a positive online environment.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics, generating regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
- Expertise in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with running and optimising paid social media campaigns.
