The Content and Community Manager will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content, building and maintaining strong relationships with our community, and tracking and analysing social media performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Management
    • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life on social media.
    • Oversee the curation and scheduling of engaging and on-brand content.
  • Community Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our community fostering a positive online environment.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and analyse social media performance metrics, generating regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
  • Expertise in platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with running and optimising paid social media campaigns.
