About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Unison. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized styling advice and support to customers in our fitting rooms
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style
  • Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
  • An eye for detail and a passion for styling and visual merchandising
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
