Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT Operations - oversee service desk, applications, and digital platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Deliver Digital Projects - manage end-to-end technical projects, using frameworks like COBIT and tools like Jira ITSM
  • Drive Business Value - work with key stakeholders to optimise systems, improve service delivery, and reduce inefficiencies
  • Vendor & Contract Management - ensure we get the best outcomes from our technology partnerships
  • Business Continuity & Security - champion governance, risk management, and disaster recovery planning to protect and strengthen our digital landscape

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • You have a strong understanding of COBIT, ITIL, and Jira ITSM, plus experience in enterprise applications and cloud-based systems
  • Leadership & Collaboration - a credible leader, team builder, mentor, and strong communicator who thrives in a cross-functional environment
