Product Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Leader to join our team and contribute to the development of products across various platforms.

This role will appeal to an individual who is passionate about crafting user experiences within a fun and engaging product.

  1. Lead product development from ideation, design, requirements, and delivery across various products.
  2. Prioritize initiatives in line with the company's product strategy, focusing on differentiation, customer orientation, and time-based prioritization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional working groups to generate and gather requirements and designs for initiatives.
  4. Ensure requirements are accurately detailed and documented for development.
  5. Effectively engage and manage stakeholder relationships and expectations on product development.
  6. Work closely with UI/UX Designers to bring initiatives and customer journeys to life.
  7. User acceptance and regression testing of features and initiatives.
  8. Track product usage and performance across your remit of products.
