About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team at Eastern Health, providing clinical services to pre-schoolers and their families at our Community Health centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group and individual therapy models to support children's communication development
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective training and empowerment of parents/caregivers
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members
  • Participate in professional development activities to maintain and apply current clinical knowledge
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in assessment and delivery of therapy in group and one-to-one models for clients with communication difficulties
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining and applying current clinical knowledge
