Safety Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety and Security Officer to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances, providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Document and report security-related incidents, accidents, and violations in accordance with internal protocols.
- Monitor access into restricted areas and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Current RSA and QLD Certificate 2 or 3 in Security Operations, including a Crowd Control module.
- Previous experience in high-volume crowd control is highly regarded.
- A high standard of grooming and professional appearance.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
