Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Integration Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with the latest technologies and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement solutions for customers incorporating both Canon and 3rd party products
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales teams on Canon and 3rd party Hardware and Software solutions
  • Work closely with the Professional Services team to deliver high-quality services to our business customers
  • Identify, document and report to Sales Change Requests and New Opportunities
  • Develop and maintain methodologies and standards within the Professional Services team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Information Technology, IT systems integration and/or Consulting;
  • Able to contribute in a number of technical & consulting areas to complex customer situations & solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with Standard IT environments and the protocols used.
  • In-depth knowledge of printing / imaging solutions with experience in Pre-Sales preferred.
  • Reasonably high level of business and organisational understanding, as applied in the consulting and development environment.
