Fulfilment Coordinator

The role of the Fulfilment Coordinator will involve supporting order handover, co-ordinating stock transfer, scheduling deliveries and maintaining data accuracy.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting order handover with accurate data entry and basic validations
  2. Assisting in stock transfer coordination and ensuring order readiness
  3. Scheduling deliveries to optimise routes/timelines
  4. Addressing inquiries, resolving issues and offering solutions in a timely manner
  5. Updating internal systems and maintaining fulfilment SOPs
  6. Escalating delays or anomalies to the Fulfilment Specialist
  7. Attending WIP meetings and tracking order status
  8. Supporting team admin and maintaining data accuracy
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Experience in conflict resolution (highly regarded)
  • A strong interest in building a long-term career in operations or supply chain
  • Excellent attention to detail and advanced computer skills
  • Reliability, punctuality and a drive to learn and grow
  • Experience with ERP systems (highly regarded) or SOP documentation
